After confirming the light design and making a 50% deposit, we will schedule your installation for the next available slot. The waiting period typically ranges from 5 to 14 days. Additionally, we provide an option for early installation, during which the lights remain off until you require them to be switched on.

Oh No, My Lights Went Out. What Do I Do?
We understand that the holiday season is short, so we have “on-call” repair staff. It is rare, but if you experience a light failure, just give us a call at 904-203-4641. We will be out within 48hrs.
We remove the lights during the first few weeks of January, depending on the weather conditions. If you have a specific timeframe that necessitates an earlier takedown, please inform us when scheduling your installation. We will accommodate your request and mark it on our calendar accordingly.
